Greg Smith
Greg is the founder and Director of the Rotary Leadership Academy. He has been a Rotarian since 1993. He shows executives and business owners how to become better leaders and how to build better businesses. He has traveled to and addressed organizations in over 24 countries. Prior to starting his own company, Smith built his career on the front line as a U.S. Army Officer. His career culminated as a consultant to the U.S. Army Surgeon General. Smith served on the Board of Examiners for the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation's highest honor for business excellence. He has written and published over 350 articles and nine books including “401 Proven Ways to Retain Your Best Employees.” He has appeared on numerous television programs including “Bloomberg Business News” and PBS television. Tangela W. Johnson
Tangela W. Johnson is the author of Business Writing Made Simple and the President of Tangela W. Johnson Consulting, LLC. She has successfully worked as a consultant and trainer for the last eleven years. She is also an adjunct faculty member at Dalton State College and was dubbed one of DSC’s “most popular instructors” by the Dalton Daily Citizen News. Tangela is passionate about helping adults unleash their true potential through change and education. In addition to facilitating leadership, communication, and customer service workshops, she also designs customized training modules that are practical and relevant to the needs of today’s business community. Tangela has a bachelor’s degree from The University of Georgia in Broadcast News, a Master of Arts degree in English from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, and a Mini-Certificate in Small Business Management from Dalton State College. She received her Certified Medical Practice Executive Certification from The American College of Medical Practice Executives. She is a member of the Marketing and Management Advisory Committee for Dalton State College’s Technical Education Division. Stuart Smith
Stuart Smith is a Rotarian, independent business owner, consultant and Certified Professional Facilitator. (CPF) He is a results-focused professional and has facilitated over 500 meetings, planning sessions, retreats and strategic planning events. Stuart began his career facilitating leadership programs in 1990 and now focuses his facilitation practice on helping people and organizations improve and deal with change. His specialty is helping organizations improve product and service quality by learning new skills, changing leadership behaviors and addressing organizational barriers and cultural issues that impede change. He also has solid experience helping organizations install and realize the benefits of new Customer Relationship Management and Enterprise Resource Planning technology systems. Stuart has an extensive training background with a B.S. in Occupational Education from SIU(C) and a M.Ed. in Adult Education from Seattle University. For more information call
